Product Fees & Charges
- 5% Initial Fee (charged to investors)
- 1% (charged to investee company for 5 years taken at outset from investee company)
- 30% of returns over hurdle rate of £1.20 per £1 invested
Adviser Charging
Adviser charging can be facilitated from the subscription amount by the fund if agreed and requested. Where an adviser charge is taken this would reduce the investment amount. Any tax reliefs are based on the investment amount.
