Product Fees & Charges
- Up to 2.5% Initial promotion fee
- 1% Earlybird discount (up to December 15th 2025)

- 2% Annual Management Fee
- Performance fee is 20% but is only payable on net realised investment gains.
- 3% of NAV per annum.
Adviser Charging
Adviser charging can be facilitated from the subscription amount by the fund if agreed and requested. Where an adviser charge is taken this would reduce the investment amount. Any tax reliefs are based on the investment amount.
