Product Fees & Charges
- 10% Initial Fee – charged to investee company
- 20% performance fee on realisations above £1 on a fund basis
- 2% Annual Management Fee – charged to investee company payable quarterly in arrears
Adviser Charging
Adviser charging can be facilitated from the subscription amount by the fund if agreed and requested. Where an adviser charge is taken this would reduce the investment amount. Any tax reliefs are based on the investment amount.
