Product Fees & Charges
- Haatch charges a 5% initial fee and a 1% annual management fee for up to five years, taken upfront, for advised clients. A performance fee only applies once investors have received their original capital back (gross of fees), ensuring alignment between Haatch and its investors. Importantly, Haatch does not charge any fees to portfolio companies, so capital is not eroded by arrangement, monitoring or director fees.
Adviser Charging
Adviser charging can be facilitated from the subscription amount by the fund if agreed and requested. Where an adviser charge is taken this would reduce the investment amount. Any tax reliefs are based on the investment amount.
